As most of our products are custom-made, made-to-order, or produced according to customer specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and shipping information at the time of purchase.
